Hill End artist Rebecca Wilson will be exhibiting her wonderful contemporary paintings about Kate Kelly, sister of bushranger Ned Kelly. Rebecca's paintings depict themes such as trauma, capital punishment and womens roles.

You may like to catch Rebecca for Q & A, talking about her work at the Rural Arts Symposium which is part of the Festival on Friday 30th October between 9.00am -1.00pm. The symposium will feature Tracey Callinan from Arts Out West and various artists and guest speakers. The River Arts Festival runs from Friday 30th October to Saturday 31st October, well worth seeing.
